São Paulo, March 30, 2017 - Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. - EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), pursuant to the provisions of Article 28 of Instruction No. 308, May 14, 1999, of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, as amended ("CVMI 308/99"), EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A. ("Company") announces to the Shareholders and to the market in general that PricewaterhouseCoopers was hired on March 23, 2017 as the new independent auditor of the Company, replacing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, which stated its agreement regarding the reasoning for the replacement.
The hiring of PricewaterhouseCoopers, which will start its activities from the review of the quarterly information (ITR) concerning the first quarter of 2017, aims to comply with the provisions of Article 31 of CVM Instruction 308/99, which establishes the rotation of independent auditors every five years.
